With over 15 years of experience across consulting, operations, and high-growth startups, Joann has led transformation across industries—from shaping digital strategy at Restaurant Brands International (Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes) to driving user growth past one million and scaling revenue to $150M as CMO at inKind, which was named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in 2024.
Joann is known for her systems thinking and long-view approach to brand building, with insights that resonate across CPG innovation, customer experience, and the evolving food landscape. She deconstructs complexity into clear strategy and translates vision into market momentum.
